- Woke up and my body won't stop trembling help? I'm really scared.?
I believe that I developed an allergy to a reed diffuser I bought (plum and black orchid) and it made my throat very sore and has made my head hurt a bit like when you have a cold. I had trouble getting to sleep this evening and finally managed to around 3.30am. About 20mins ago after around an hour and a half's sleep I was shaking really strongly in my sleep and it woke me up. The trembling is still persisting, I can control it for a few seconds but then it comes back. It's all over my body and is particularly strong in my left arm, it keeps jerking up towards my chest. I'm not clammy or having an anxiety attack as far as I can tell but the muscles in my back feel sore kind of like when you have a fever and your muscles ache. Please someone help, it's like 5.30am and I'm at my uni dorm and alone and I'm really freaked out because I don't know what my body is doing. The only thing I can compare it to is the way someone trembles if they have serious parkinson's (obviously it's not that).
A if u get scared it gets worse.. its an allergy or your beggining or finishing a cold or your really deeply scared. Dont freak out everythingg will be fine! Just take allergy medication
