- Where to buy a base for making reed diffuser oil?
I don't know where the best retail source of a base for diffuser oil would be. I've heard that dipropylene glycol, isopropyl myristate, or jojoba oil make suitable bases. Has somebody done this and knows of an actual store like Hobby Lobby, Michael's, or Walmart, that carries one of these, or something else that I could use? Also, I live in St. Louis, so if you know of a different local source, that would work too.

I love the way my home smells with the reed diffusers.I have several in my home.It gets expensive to replace them.I was wondering if any of you made your own oil at home for the reed diffusers.If so how do you make them? What is the formula?Is it cheaper than buying the ones that are ready made? thanks so much for your help !!! :)
