Room Diffusers

- How can I make replacement oil for room diffuser?
I have one of those room diffusers with the oil that you put the little bamboo sticks into. The oil has now been used up, it only lasted for around six weeks. I would quite like to keep the bottle and reuse the sticks. Does anyone know what type of oil can be used in these bottles? I was thinking of using essential oil and watering it down, any tips would be great, thanks.

A Some stores carry the refill oil. I believe that Yankee Candle has refillable oil. If a Yankee Candle is not in your area, or you do not want to use their site, Hallmark and Bed Bath and Beyond both carry their products.

- What is truly the best method for circulating an air freshener in a room?
There are so many methods out there for circulating a scent in a room. Is there one proven to be most effective? burning incense stick, diffuser sticks, candles, plug-ins, sprays,?

A Actually all of those things are only good for the room or spot that they are in. The best way to have a nice sent in your room or house. Its going to sound a big wiered, but the best way is the fabric softener sheets, like bounce. Place them around your house in specific places, that cant be seen like the top of the tv and refrigerator maybe on the china cabinet. They actually work wonders for the way a house smells and another thing they are good for is collecting dust. They attract dust like a megnet, so its a good way to catch dust out of the air as well. Change them out every 2 weeks and your place will smell great.
